Augusta Luise for Monday Mosaic

Augusta Luise is the name of my favorite rose in the garden. With her second blooming I had to make an other mosaic. I already made one at 28. June. I didn't expect her blooming a second time, because her leaves looked not good. I don't splash my roses, too much poison, I have already allergies. Next year I will try a course of treatment by an organic rose gardener. Perhaps that strengthen them. I already tried this year but probably started too late.

Augusta Luise heißt meine Lieblingsrose. Ich musste unbedingt nochmals ein Mosaik mit ihrer zweiten Blüte machen. Ich hatte nicht erwartet, dass sie nochmals blüht. Ihre Blätter sahen ziemlich angegriffen aus. Ich verzichte aufs Spritzen der Rosen, zuviel Gift, ich habe schon genug Allergien. Nächstes Jahr werde ich gleich von Anfang an die Rosen mit einer Aufbaukur eines Biorosengärtners stärken. Dieses Jahr hatte ich zu spät damit angefangen.

Die gleiche Rose nur ein anderer Zweig, hier überwiegt der gelbe Farbton.

I can't get enough from it.

Ich kann nicht genug von ihr bekommen.

This week I also finished this nice bracelet. It is a kit from Sabine Lippert, I liked it so much in its colours so I bought it and only had to thread it. It is a juwerly one can wear at special occasions.

Pink late summer for Monday Mosaic / Rosa Spätsommer

Wenn ich mich in meinem Garten umschaue, überwiegt jetzt rosa in verschiedenen Tönen.
Ein Grund dieser Farbe ein Post mit meinen Spätsommerblüten zu widmen.

When looking around in my garden, pink in different tintings preponderates.
A reason to to devote this colour a post with my late summer flowers.

Dahlien sind die kleinen Schönheitsköniginnen im Spätsommer, ihre Blüten
erstaunen mich immer wieder, ausserdem verblühen sie nicht so schnell.

Dahlias are the little beauty queens in late summer.
Its bloosoms always amaze me, and they wither not so quick.

Die Bienen sind immer noch fleißig.
The bees are still busy.

Jetzt zeigen die Rosen ihre zweite Blüte.

The roses are showing its second bloomings.

Diese Anemonen sind fast wie Unkraut in meinem Garten,
ihr Vorteil sie wachsen im Schatten und auf dem steinigen Boden ohne Pflege.

These anemones are nearly like weed in my garden.
Their advanges they grow in the shadow and on the stony soil without cultivation

Die Kartoffelrosen haben von Frühling bis jetzt immer wieder geblüht
This japane rose was blooming the whole time from spring until now.

Die Wicke ist eine meiner Lieblingsblumen, da sie so zart ist und wunderbar duftet.
Sweat pea is one of my favorites, as they are so tender and scent so wonderful.

Ich hätte diese Malve fast übersehen.
I nearly overlooked this hollyhock.

This weekend we had rainweather and it was cold for summertime.
The cloudy sky will remain until next weekend. That is why
I choosed these photos from last week, the little sunbeams in my garden.


Dieses Wochenende war mal wieder verregnet und es wird so bleiben laut Wetterfrosch. Deswegen habe ich mich für diese Fotos von letzter Woche entschieden, die kleinen Sonnenstrahlen in meinem Garten.

Sommerflowers for Monday Mosaic / Sommerblumen für MM

At Saturday I got the idea to photograph all flowers just blooming in my garden. So you can see above almost all flowers. The mosaic is full of colours like summertime is. I hope you enjoy it.
And I made a little mistake in the garden. I have a 8 feet high thistle in my garden. I always cut away the seeds buds, but I forgot about it during the week, not having time to go into it. So now, you can see the little foto last row, all over my place are thistle seeds at the ground in the bushes etc. In the thistle is growing a black eye susanne, see the first left column, of course full of seeds. I already now know what I will weeding next year.

Am Samstag hatte ich die Idee von allen Blumen, die gerade in meinem Garten blühen Fotos zu machen. Ich habe sie fast alle in diesem Mosaik untergebracht. Es ist bunt so wie der Sommer bunt ist. Mir ist dieses Jahr ein kleines Missgeschick passiert. Im Garten wächst eine 2 Meter hohe Distel. In ihr rankt eine Schwarze Susanne, also habe ich sie nicht entfernt, sondern immer die Samenköpfe weggeschnitten. Letzte Woche hatte ich keine Zeit. Um sie herum liegen jetzt überall die Samen. Ich weis jetzt schon was ich nächstes Jahr jäten werde.

Blumblebees love the thistle, ok this is a reason it is worth to have one in the garden!

Hummeln lieben Disteln, das ist ein guter Grund eine im Garten zu haben.

Cabochon Ring in pink

Dies wird wahrscheinlich einer meiner Lieblingsringe. Die Anleitung ist,
na ratet mal, richtig von trytobead, Sapphire & Amethyst. Ein wenig
reduziert, ohne den "Äquator", da ich den Ring schlichter wollte.
Sieht toll aus und trägt sich auch so.

Solche Fotos entstehen, wenn man einen Garten hat, kein professioneller Fotograf
ist und einfach Spaß daran hat dem Schmuck eine Blume hinzuzufügen.
Erst wollte ich nur eine nehmen, dann habe ich
verschiedene ausprobiert und am Schluss mussten alle posieren.

Meine Bloggerfreundin Gabie war zu Besuch und hat mir etwas
Schönes mitgebracht. Steht mir von den Farben gut,
ich habe mich sehr darüber gefreut!! Alle anderen Geschenke
waren auch gut und lecker!!

Bouquet with a smile / Blumenstrauß mit einem Lächeln for Monday Mosaic

This is one of my favorite photos in this year. I made it in front of our house door. The story of the rose in the bouquet is, I bought this rose in a supermarket. Planted in my garden an forget about the rose, I thought she hadn't survived because so cheap. The next year I saw one two flowers, now I have her in the fourth year and she is so nice and she starts to bloom as one of the first roses in my garden and she is the last which withered. She is very healthy, her leafs keep green. When I am lucky she will have a second bloom.

Das Foto mit dem Blumenstrauß ist eines meiner Lieblingsfotos in diesem Jahr. Die Rose in dem Strauß habe ich einmal in einem Supermarkt billig erstanden, eingepflanzt und dann vergessen. Ich dachte sie wäre eingegangen, aber im Jahr darauf zeigte sich dann ein oder zwei Blüten. Jetzt habe ich sie schon vier Jahre und bin sehr glücklich darüber, da sie auch sehr robust ist. Manchmal blüht sie noch ein zweites Mal.

petit bijoux

Seitdem ich das Buch, Bijoux Modeschmuck aus Perlen und Knöpfe in der Hand
hatte, sind Knöpfe für mich nicht mehr nur für die Kleidung da.
Türkis gefällt mir momentan besonders gut, also konnte
ich gestern nicht an diesem kleinen Knopf vorbeigehen. ;-)

Since I had read the book, des perles et des bijoux from Nathalie Delhaye, for me
knobs are not only in use for clothes. At the moment I like turquoise very much,
so I had to get this little knob yesterday: ;-)

meine ersten Herringbones / my first herringbones stiches /.......... .. ..... ....und ein Filmtipp

Letzten Samstag (Perlenhaekeln.de Forum Treffen in München) hatte ich das Glück neben Michaela von Bead a Bit zu sitzen . Sie war gerade dabei nach der Vorlage von Ruby's Herrinbone Bangles ein Armband zu fädeln. Ich konnte diese Technik noch nicht. Michaela zeigte mir erst an Hand eines Ringes, wie die Technik funktioniert und dann wie ich das Armband fädele. Alleine wäre mir das einiges schwerer gefallen, danke nochmals! Das Armband mag ich sehr gerne, weil es so schlicht ist und denoch Pfiff hat. Die verwendeten Perlen, Garn und Verschluss sind von Bead a Bit.

Last Saturday I was lucky to sit beside Michaela from bead a bit. (Perlenhaekel.de Forum meeting in Munich) She just made a bracelet in herringbone technic after the Instruction from Ruby. I have never done this technic before, so she was so kind to show me it first with the ring and then with bracelet. I like the bracelet very much because it is so artless with a little kick.

Inspiriert durch meine erste Peyote Perle , auch vom letzten Samstag Katrin vom Perlenhäkel.de Forum hat da Pate gestanden, entstand diese Perle in der Herringbonetechnik. Vorlage aus dem Buch von Diana Averdiek , Raffinierte SchmuckStücke

Filmtipp: letzte Woche lief der Film Micmacs - uns gehört Paris! bei uns an. Ein sympathisch humorvoller französicher Film, der eine kleine Gruppe von Aussenseitern zeigt, die mit dem Glauben an sich selbst, sich selbst übertreffen. Ich gucke wenig Filme an, aber dieser ist sehenswert.

Here comes a filmtipp. I go rather seldom into the cinema, but this one is well worth seeing. The frensh film Micmacs (Micmacs à tire-larigot). It shows a group of Parisienne outsiders, who believing in themselves, make the world go round. In France it is a hit.

Mosaic Monday mermaids bracelet / Armband für eine Meerjungfrau

I love the sea, but not every year I have the possiblity to see it. So it remains a yearning for it. On sunday I made a bracelet in turquoise colors. While threading the little turquoise beads, the light reflecting in them, it remembered me at the ocean, every little bead a waterdrop. The white beads in it are real pearls, I once got 30 of them from someone who didn't know what to do with them, what a nice coincidence they fit very good into the bracelet. The fotos of the mosaic are from last year.

Ich liebe das Meer. Da ich nicht jedes Jahr die Möglichkeit habe dort ein paar Tage zu verbringen, bleibt einfach die Sehnsucht nach ihm. Am Sonntag habe ich ein türkises Armband gefädelt. Die Reflektionen des Lichts in den türkisen Perlen errinnerte mich immer wieder an das Meer. Jede Perle wie ein kleiner Wassertropfen. Die weißen Perlen sind echte kleine Perlen. Ich habe mal 30 Stück von einer Kollegin geschenkt bekommen, die nicht wusste was damit tuen. Was ein glücklicher Zufall, sie passen genau zu dem Armband und jetzt sind nur noch ein paar davon übrig. Die Fotos sind vom letzten Jahr.

Mosaic Monday light sommerfood / leichtes Sommeressen

receipt sorbet

A tin mango or apricot. Stir the fruits with a third of the juice. Then add maple sirup, lemonjuice and little white wine, I take Silvaner. In the freezer it takes four until five hours. In this time I stir it every hour when I remember it. It is delicious because it tastes not so sweet. For children of course without the wine. ;-)

You cook it like rice, 1 cup millet two cups rice, it takes 20 minutes. Then add butter, salt and pepper. I like it very much with a cooked egg or/and fried ham. It is not only for vegetarians. ;-)

The flower above calendula you can also eat, it is nice for decorating food.


Rezept Sorbet

Eine Dose Mango oder Aprikose. Die Früchte mit einem Drittel des Saftes mixen. Ein wenig Ahornsirup, Zitronensaft und Silvianer hinzufügen. Im Tiefkühlgerät braucht es vier bis fünf Stunden. In der Zeit rühre ich es jede Stunde, wenn ich daran denke, gut durch. Schmeckt sehr erfrischen und ist nicht zu süß. Den Wein natürlich weglassen, wenn Kinder es essen.

Rezept Hirse

Wird wie Reis gekocht. Eine Tasse Hirse zwei Tassen Wasser 20 Minuten kochen. Allerdings ganz bald die Hitze reduzieren. Dann Butter, Salz und Pfeffer hinzufügen. Ich esse es gerne mit einem gekochten Ei oder auch gebratenem Schinken. Es ist nicht nur für Vegetarier. ;-)

Die Ringelblume kann man auch essen, ich nehme sie manchmal um Essen zu dekorieren.

I like this technic. I used 8/0 seedbeads in pink and lightgreen.

Dieses Wochenende hatte ich wieder Zeit ein RAW Armband herzustellen.
Ich mag diese Technik. Da ich mich leichter damit tue, benutze ich 8/0 Rocailles.
